Dragon Hill Farm
About Dragon Hill Farm... Our farm was established in Ware Shoals, SC in December of 1989 and was named for the dragonflies that made this hill their home. We first fell in love with the Chihuahua in 1992 and our first litter was born in February 1996. We became interested in showing in the fall of 1999 and finished our first Champion in the spring of 2000. Without the support of friends we never would have the confidence to breed and show our special companions. Thank you all. We were first introduced to the Tennessee Walking horse in 1984. Our first foals were born in 1991. Besides their famous glide ride and gentle dispositions, they come in exciting colors too! For as long as we are able, there will be a Walker in the back yard and a Chihuahua in our lap.

Chinese Cresteds dogs fell into our lap in the summer of 2000. A friend had aquired a few and then discovered that the male could climb out of any uncovered pen (yes, even 6 feet). I volunteered to house him until she could make a suitable abode for him. She convinced me to take a couple of females to keep him company and the next thing I know I am heading home with five Chinese Cresteds. Their friendly personality and love for life and their humans convinced me they would be a welcome addition at Dragon Hill Farm. If you are interested in a more active and robust dog with exotic flair, a Chinese Crested may be the breed for you.

Well, the original three amigos have lost the founding member. Yes, Pablo
passed away in December of 2005. He was 13 and half years old. But the three amigos are carrying on with its newest member, Nike. Well, he's not really new, he's three and a half years old now....and my smallest. And Pip Squeak, who's always been the ring leader, is trying hard to take over Pablo's roll as head amigo.
Yes, my friends, after a bout with a terrible sinus infection that required antibiotics and prednisone, and being neutered for medical reasons, Pip really is trying to fill Pablo's shoes.
